We are very proud of our family tradition and determined for the future.  Today, we, the Fratepietro family represent the correct union of traditional craftsmanship and modern day agriculture. 
Andrea and father Giovanni supervise the entire production process from beginning to end, from the producer to the consumer.   We believe that our company’s organisation is our winning point, since it sees a whole series of professionals, each expert in a different production process, working together.
Only teamwork can add that quality to the product, making it unique in its originality.
The result is a product that encapsulates all the typicality of Cerignola and an infinite passion for obtaining quality.

On 9 April 1890, Giovanni Fratepietro, just sixteen years old, inherits the Santo Stefano farm in Contrada Cimininarella, Cerignola from his grandfather.
Giovanni graduates in law and qualifies as a lawyer and subsequently follows this profession with enthusiasm, but he never loses sight of what is inevitably part of his being.. his grandfather’s farm.  He dedicates himself to his work and grows professionally until he becomes an excellent lawyer.  Likewise, he becomes an extremely busy independent farmer. 
The farm, which grows in size, is divided between Giovanni’s sons who learn from their father a love for the countryside.  It really was all about love!
Carlo, one of Giovanni’s sons, a professor at the Technical Institute of Agriculture in Cerignola, dedicates his time to the study of olives.  He writes a book in which he praises the qualities of the Olive of Spain, today known as Bella di Cerignola: “L’Oliva nella Storia” (“The Olive in History”) published in Foggia in 1932.
The other sons continue to learn from their father, who sets an excellent example for his dedication to his family and to his work and also for his love for the law.  Giovanni’s son Benedetto becomes a brilliant lawyer and is awarded by the President of the Republic for his legal work in the Foggia area.
However, Giovanni’s third son Domenico, also a law graduate, feels too distant from legal life and with great passion continues the work of his father, dedicating himself entirely to the family’s farm.
In 1990, following the death of Domenico, his son Giovanni Fratepietro, also a law graduate, but an insurance broker by trade, becomes enthusiastic about what was the passion and life of his father.  He takes over the reigns of the family business and with wise investments transforms it into an exemplary, well managed company, orientated towards production; a model of modern agriculture inclined to the rationalisation of cycles of cultivation.
The infinite passion, which forever ties the family to agriculture, pushes Domenico, son of Giovanni to graduate in business economics, and to defend his thesis “Techno-economic aspects of the table olive sector”.

Andrea, a lawyer, already part of European research project, becomes the commercial director of the company.  Today, the Fratepietro Agricultural Company produces olive oil and table olives and still seeks the highest quality in every phase of production.

From a historic family tradition, I couldn’t help but learn to love our countryside and work to improve it!
We have many projects to realise and with such spirit and energy I can see no boundaries to my dreams!
We are orientated towards the excellent production of “Bella di Cerignola” olives and extra virgin olive oil, which we intend to make using only olives that have come from our farm.
Imagine a production line in which the final result is exactly that which an entire harvest of olives has been managed, manufactured and packaged for!

My father has not forgotten to teach us and pass on his passion for the job and his deep respect for those who do it.
We are the last romantics and we believe in what we do with conviction and pride!
